If I was an engineer I might, but I'm just a lowly repo man, lol. I know nothing of modelling or manufacturing outside of rc planes and helis 
However, if there are some programs out there I could get started on, I would love the feedback. Gen Con will be here in Indiana before I know it lol Would love to have a Gallente Medium, but the Caldari seems to be the simplest design. Any suggestions? |

This is an awesome Idea. And CCP being the way they are, they help the gamers delve into New Eden. They have helped many players in the past with stories, lore, videos, and even 3rd party applications. I'm sure that if we can bring this to their attention with enough support, they would lets us have the specs for atleast the Caldari. It seems the simplest to make with all the smooth edges. I wonder if we could even get 3D Printer support.... hmm.. |

Not sure if this is derroagatory or not, but it seems so. Not only would releasing the specs be something simple that CCP could do, it wouldn't hinder game development in the least. And if CCP tried doing it themselves, they would outsource the work, just like they do all the gear, novelties, and ship models. So even if they took it on as a project, it in no way would it halt game development. And selling it on the eve store (Like the other stuff they make and sell) it would mean more income to further development.
So i see no sense in this comment. |
